Eurobot 2017/2018 – Hardware Test: Revolver Cylinder and Beacon Towers

Today we tested a few of the robot’s main functions. One of them is the cannon. This part of the robot shoots the balls (water) into the water tower. The loading process had a few problems. The balls didn’t fit into the spaces where they should fit. Another problem is that the balls did not roll out the pipe. Basically the mechanism works but we have to tweak it a little bit. Take a look:

The positioning system was also tested. Oh… and did you notice our new and fancy engine bonnet? 😉
